This Time Last Year

This time last year, we were:

• One month away from our due date for a second boy

• Wondering how we could love another as much as we loved our first (we most certainly can)

• Unaware we were about to experience a shakeup that would significantly change my birth and postpartum journey (a dislocated and shattered elbow)

I could write a million words about this time, but I’ll leave it here, with these special photos that bring me back to when it was just us. We didn’t know how sweet it could get.
